Cancellation
Customers may cancel their bookings or orders up to 24 hours before the scheduled service or delivery time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 20% of the total amount.
Refund Policy
Once a cancellation or refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days.
Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided or for digital products after they have been accessed or downloaded.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products or services may be designated as non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase to ensure transparency before the transaction is completed.
Modifications & Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule or modify their bookings before 6:00 PM in advance without any additional charges.
Requests made after this time may be subject to approval and availability.
